Exchange & Refund Policy

Exchange Policy:

  • We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.
  • You can Create an Exchange Request with in 7 days from the delivery date. 
  • Sale Products: Items purchased during sales or at special discounts are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Refund Policy:

  • You may request a refund within 48 hours of receiving your order.


  • Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned product in its original condition.


  • Handling Charges: A nominal handling charge of ₹150 applies for processing returns and exchanges.


  • Sale Products: Items purchased during sales or at special discounts are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.


  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item.


  • COD Orders: A Razorpay link will be shared to collect your bank details for the refund.


Conditions for Exchange & Refund

Replacement will not be provided if:

  • Any component of the product is missing or damaged.
  • Tags are missing.
  • A receipt proving the purchase is missing.
  • The product is damaged.
  • The items have been worn or washed.

Important Notes:

  • It is mandatory to capture a video/photo before shipping the package or handing it to our courier partner.
  • If the customer’s pin code is non-serviceable by our courier partners, the customer is liable to self-ship the product(s). The shipping charges up to ₹100 are 100% refundable if the customer receives defective or wrong product(s).

Packaging & Condition

  • Kindly pack the product(s) properly to prevent damage during transit.
  • Ensure the product(s) are in unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team within 7 Days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
  2. Prepare the Package: Ensure the product is in its original condition, with tags, packaging, and the receipt.
  3. Capture Evidence: Take a video or photo of the product before shipping it back.
  4. Ship the Product: If applicable, self-ship the product to us and provide the tracking details.
